- Oversee and manage the handling of dangerous goods, ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Manage airfreight operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipments, cost efficiency, and service excellence.
- Develop, monitor, and manage budgets and targets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and accountability in financial performance.
- Cultivate and grow client relationships, understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions for seamless operations.
- Drive sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to enhance service offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Analyze and report on operational performance, ensuring all KPIs and targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, specifically with dangerous goods and airfreight operations.

- Experience in sales, client management, and people leadership within a logistics or freight forwarding environment.
