- Must be willing to work late from time to time during peak season
- Office Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 16:30
DUTIES
- Reporting to the Branch Manager
- Serve as the primary contact for walk-in clients
- Manage the switchboard and assist clients over the phone
- Oversee social media inquiries, respond to messages and follow up with potential customers
- Follow up with web-generated leads
- Provide quotations and sell products/services to clients
- Conduct general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office organization
- Maintain and update client records and sales databases
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations
- Maintain a neat and tidy working environment
