- Matric, Diploma in Human Resources, Social Science, or Industrial Psychology advantageous
- Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in a relevant human resources position
- Highly computer literate with capabilities in MS Office, especially with PowerPoint presentations and designs

DUTIES
- Provides administrative support to the entire Human Capital Team
- Schedule interviews and assist with all recruitment related tasks
- Assist with change management and Human Capital related processes and new projects as they arrive
- Conduct onboarding & induction for new hires, coordinate with various teams and ensuring they have necessary info and equipment
- Assist with Employment Equity administration
- Take and draft meeting minutes as and when needed
- Organise internal & external training sessions
- Assist with Human Capital documents and data
- Accurately prepare monthly reports, including headcount info and monthly organograms
- Maintain the corporate calendar in coordination with various Teams
- Process of invoice for Human Capital department
- Assist with Wellness Events and prepare employee birthday and welcome boxes and any other ad-hoc Human Capital initiatives
