We’re Hiring – Installation & Maintenance Technicians (AirVent Cape)

AirVent Cape is expanding and looking for skilled Installation and Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Cape Town.
We specialize in lagging and ducting for commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC installation, lagging, and ducting
• Strong knowledge of insulation materials and sheet metal work
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and site plans
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC or ventilation systems
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team
• Valid driver’s license and own transport advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain HVAC ducting and lagging systems
• Perform inspections, repairs, and replacements as needed
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Support project teams with on-site installations and maintenance
