Job Summary
Job Description:
Cloud and Local Infrastructure Support: Manage our cloud platforms and keep our local and remote IT infrastructure running smoothly. Think servers, networks, and video conferencing gear—you`re the go-to person!
Technical Troubleshooting: Be the friendly face that office staff turn to for local computer support. You’ll diagnose and resolve issues faster than a speeding bullet!
Network Management: Keep an eye on our network infrastructure, tackle connectivity hiccups, and ensure everything is secure and running like a well-oiled machine
Role
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT desktop and infrastructure support, with a talent for troubleshooting complex issues
Strong knowledge of server technologies and network protocols
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both local and remote teams
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices is a plus!
IT certifications like CompTIA Server+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA? Even better!
Qualification:
A Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
