- Matric
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience.
- Track record of excellence in successful quality recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
- Own transport and Valid divers license.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and role requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to review hiring progress.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop engaging job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
- Implement strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement new recruitment tools and technologies to streamline hiring efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
