Our client is seeking a dedicated I&O Operations Support Engineer to manage the day-to-day IT operations and ensure systems and services meet business objectives and service levels. This role requires a motivated, organized individual with strong communication skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
Key

Responsibilities:

• IT Operations: Monitor infrastructure, provide end-user support, manage IT contact center, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Support & Reporting: Assist with telephony, connectivity, MS operations, and deliver IT operational monitoring and reporting.
• Risk Management: Identify and escalate potential IT risks, while fostering effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Security & User Management: Oversee security for business applications, assist with audits and security reports, and manage user accounts.
• Infrastructure & Asset Management: Maintain infrastructure functionality, implement monitoring benchmarks, and manage IT hardware assets.

Qualifications:

• Education: 3/4-year IT qualification (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field). Certifications like MCSE/MCITP, O365, MS AD, or Azure preferred.
• Experience: 5-7 years in IT, with experience in complex technical environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Server, Exchange, O365, Azure, and more.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, time management, and communication skills. Experience in ITIL v3/4 or Azure Virtual Desktop/Cloud PC a plus.
