About the Role
Our client, a leading international company with advanced technology and data-driven services, is seeking an experienced IT Auditor to join their team in Cape Town. The role will play a critical part in safeguarding their systems, data, and technology landscape, ensuring the operations remain secure, efficient, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing independent IT risk assessments to identify priority areas
- Conducting IT audits aligned to the risk-based audit plan, including:
- System implementation reviews
- Change management, BCP/DR, and information security evaluations
- Testing IT general and application controls
- Systems development and application reviews
- IT security assessments and vulnerability testing
- Cloud governance and maturity reviews
- Project assurance assessments
- Providing guidance on IT risk, security, applications, and infrastructure
- Preparing balanced, evidence-based audit reports that influence key stakeholders
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Security, or a related field
- CISA / CRISC / CISM / EH certification
