• ? Group Consolidations & Reporting
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple entities in compliance with IFRS.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
• ? Technical Accounting & Compliance
• Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues and new standards.
• Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Operational Leadership
• Partner with business units to improve financial processes and controls.
• Drive operational efficiency and support decision-making through accurate reporting.
• ? Project Management & Strategic Initiatives
• Lead financial projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and integration of new entities.
• Support deal-making and structuring activities, including due diligence and financial modeling.
• ? Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with senior leadership, auditors, and external advisors.
• Present financial results and insights to executive management and the board.

? Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
• ? 8–10 years post-articles experience, with strong technical accounting expertise.
• Proven experience in multi-entity group reporting and IFRS compliance.
• Exposure to deal structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and project management.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
