Job Description:
The Junior Accountant plays a key support role within the finance team, assisting with routine accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and maintaining well-organized records. This position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to build a career in accounting while contributing to the efficiency of the company’s financial operations.

Descriptions:
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance requirements
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies
Carry out other ad-hoc accounting duties as required

Qualification and Skills:
Degree/ Diploma in Accounting 
1 Year experience with Xero, Sage and Pastel
Needs to be comfortable with E-Filling and EasyPay
