Job Description
IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES, THEN THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU:
WHO YOU ARE:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is people-focused and comfortable engaging with both clients and candidates
- Is confident on the phone and able to communicate clearly and professionally
- Can take clear, detailed and objective notes during calls and meetings
- Enjoys administrative work, organisation and structured processes
- Has strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistency in documentation and data
- Can prioritise tasks and manage a fast-paced, deadline-driven workload
- Is emotionally mature, reliable and comfortable being the “behind-the-scenes” support that keeps things running
- Works well independently, takes initiative and follows through without constant supervision
- Has solid computer literacy and can learn new systems and tech quickly
- Is excited about growing into a Hiring Success Partner role over time (not a generalist HR or corporate HR role)
WHAT YOU BRING:
Devotion to Quality
You set high standards for your work and take pride in delivering quality that meets (and often exceeds) expectations. You consistently deliver what was agreed, pay attention to detail, and look for ways to improve the quality of what you produce.
Planning
You plan your work in a structured and thoughtful way. You organise tasks efficiently, set clear priorities, manage timelines realistically, and ensure everything needed to do the job is in place and on time.
Results-Oriented
You are focused on achieving objectives and seeing work through to completion. You keep your eye on the goal, remain focused when challenges arise, look for solutions when plans are at risk, and finish what you start.
Service-Oriented
You enjoy supporting others and see yourself as a service partner. You proactively help colleagues, take pressure off others where possible, and contribute to shared success by supporting people in achieving their goals.
Integrity
You act with honesty and professionalism at all times. You keep your promises, set realistic expectations, handle sensitive information with care, and are mindful of values and boundaries in your work.
Social Skills
You are comfortable engaging with a wide range of people. You approach others with ease, build rapport naturally, show genuine interest, and communicate in a way that feels approachable and respectful.
Client Focus
You are attentive to the needs and questions of others and respond with a positive, can-do attitude. You make people feel welcome, show genuine involvement in their concerns, and aim to deliver a positive experience in every interaction.
Analysing and Forming Opinions
You approach issues thoughtfully and systematically. You gather information before forming opinions, identify root causes, and draw logical conclusions that support sound decision-making.
THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Psychology, with 2–3 years’ working experience, preferably in a role focused on customers and/or people
- Have strong verbal communication skills with confidence on the phone, as well as solid written communication skills for capturing accurate notes and updating profiles
- Be comfortable working with computers and able to learn new systems quickly, with working proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Be willing to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
- Be reliable, punctual, and consistent, with a strong commitment to maintaining productivity throughout the day
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
In this role, you will provide essential support to our Hiring Success Partner, including:
- Conducting structured telephonic screening calls with candidates
- Capturing accurate, objective notes and updating candidate scorecards and profiles
- Setting up psychometric and competency assessments and tracking completion
- Downloading, organising, and quality-checking assessment reports
- Preparing client-ready documents, including role profiles, scorecards, summaries, and feedback packs
- Assisting with onboarding-related tasks, scheduling, and follow-up communication
- Keeping candidate and project folders, trackers, and systems up to date and well organised
- Supporting training sessions by updating materials
- Handling general administrative and coordination tasks to keep projects running smoothly
PLEASE NOTE
This is not an HR advisory or senior consulting role. You will not lead strategy sessions, conduct full interviews, provide assessment feedback, or act as the primary Hiring Success Partner.
OUR PERKS:
Hybrid Working Arrangement
This role is office-based during the 3-month probation period to ensure proper training, support, and integration into our sourcing processes.
After successful completion of probation – and subject to performance, reliability, and meeting role expectations – the position can transition into a hybrid working arrangement (a combination of office and remote work).
