About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Internal Sales/Workshop Assistant to join our team at Network Finance in the Western Cape. As a key member of our sales and workshop teams, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, supporting the Branch Manager with daily operations, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager with canvasing for new customers.
- Calling on dormant customers-
- Provide basic pump information, product data, and selection assistance to customers.
- Follow up on quotations and assist with customer feedback and order tracking.
- Help maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist with assembling, stripping, and preparing pumps for testing or dispatch.
- Support the workshop team with cleaning, inspection, and packing of equipment.
- Help maintain a neat, organised, and safe workshop environment.
- Learn to identify pump components and understand basic repair procedures.
- Collect and deliver pumps, spares, and related equipment to and from customers and suppliers.
- Ensure all company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate clearly with customers during collections and drop-offs.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
