Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Oversee general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of lodge facilities to ensure everything meets our 5-star standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to emergencies.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hospitality industry.
