Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical faults on manufacturing equipment.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure peak machine performance.
- Install, assemble, align, and calibrate machinery and components.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns quickly to reduce production delays.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Adhere to health, safety, and company policies.
- Support process improvements and assist in training junior technicians.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in technical drawings, schematics, and manual interpretation.
- Knowledge of PLC control systems.
- Skilled in hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
