About the Role
Helderberg Personnel cc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office/Administrator Assistant to join our team in the Western Cape. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. With 13 years of experience in admin, office support, reception or finance, we are looking for someone with a strong background in administration to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-desk and client communication (calls, emails, WhatsApp)
- Processing orders, invoices, quotes and sales orders (Pastel)
- General admin support, filing and document management
- Calendar and appointment scheduling
- Managing client accounts, statements and outstanding payments
- Stock control and office supplies
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in admin, office support, reception or finance
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Admin/Management/HR) or 1 year proven experience will be advantageous
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Strong MS Office skills (Pastel experience an advantage)
- Professional communication, telephone & email etiquette
Qualifications

- Basic accounting/bookkeeping Invoicing, statements and debt collection
- Ability to explain payment terms and follow up professionally
