One of the leading dairy manufacturing companies in the Western Cape is currently looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join their team. First preference will be given to candidates based in the Western Cape. Minimum Requirements: 10 years experience in the Dairy/Meat/Seafood manufacturing industry in Production / Operations. 5 years experience as Operations Manager. Must have extensive experience in a very fast paced environment where perishable products are manufactured / processed (dairy/meat/seafood). Strong planning skills. Strong understanding of processing. Strong leadership skills. Experience with ERP systems.
