Our client in the Consulting Engineering and Construction industry is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team in Western Cape, Cape Town.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture.
• Professional Registration as a Professional Architect (PrArch with SACAP).
• Minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of contract administration (JBCC and NEC) and financial administration.
• Project or programme management experience is advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring alignment with cash flow and programme schedules.
• Meeting project deadlines consistently.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date server records.
• Ensuring all documentation is properly filed.
• Overseeing consultant and contractor appointments and performance.
• Adhering to all organizational processes and protocols.
• Managing contracts, including JBCC and NEC frameworks.
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices.
• Reviewing invoices, appointments, additional fees, and related matters.
• Ensuring successful completion of Auditor General audits.
