Skills & Experience:
UX/UI Wizardry: 3-5 years’ experience in UX/UI design with the ability to demonstrate user satisfaction improvements that make us go, “Wow!”
Portfolio Bragging Rights: A stellar portfolio showing your product design superpowers, ready for review
Prototyping Sorcery: Skilled in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs that developers can actually use
Research Rockstar: Expertise in conducting competitive analyses, data dives, and user testing like a detective uncovering gold
Design Advocate: Ability to defend your designs without going full Kanye in meetings
Tool Tinkering: Mastery of Figma, Axure, Chromatic, or other design weapons of choice
Trendy Designer Vibes: Up-to-date with the latest in design trends, techniques, and technologies
Agile Ally: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Bonus Points: Previous work in finance/investment settings is like extra cheese on your pizza
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
