Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of composite products from concept through to production.
• Translate customer requirements into robust product specifications and engineering solutions.
• Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product integrity, manufacturability, and performance.
• Conduct engineering analyses, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of new and existing products.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, drawings, BOMs, and process guidelines.
• Drive process improvements to reduce cost, enhance quality, and improve throughput.
• Support customer technical queries and provide engineering input for proposals.
• Ensure products comply with relevant standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree (BEng – Essential)
• 3–5 years’ experience in product engineering, design engineering, or manufacturing engineering (preferably composites, aerospace, automotive, or similar).
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, NX or equivalent).
• Experience with testing, FEA, or product validation will be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multi-disciplinary teams.
