Key Responsibilities
Data & Analytics Delivery
- Support the design and implementation of data and analytics strategies across the region
- Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions and use cases
- Drive the delivery of customer insights to inform strategic and operational decisions
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the corporate data model
Stakeholder & Product Management
- Act as a key point of contact for customer analytics across multiple markets
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify data needs and opportunities
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams
- Drive customer-centric solutions with a strong focus on user experience
Agile Delivery & Team Coordination
- Work within an agile framework to manage delivery timelines and priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers and service providers
- Support backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and delivery governance
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to data and delivery standards
Data Transformation & Governance
- Support the transformation of the data ecosystem, including tools, processes, and ways of working
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards
- Conduct gap analysis and support process improvements across markets
Performance & Commercial Oversight
- Track costs, budgets, and resource allocation across initiatives
- Support benefit realisation tracking and value delivery of analytics use cases
- Contribute to data-driven business cases and strategic planning
Minimum Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in data analytics, customer insights, or marketing analytics
- Experience working within agile delivery environments
- Proven ability to translate data strategy into business value
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Exposure to stakeholder engagement at senior and executive level
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in data analytics, data modelling, and data visualisation
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Hadoop, or similar
- Understanding of data warehousing and enterprise data management
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and data science workflows
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance (including PII data)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications in Cloud, Agile, or Data Analytics (e.g. AWS, GCP) are advantageous

- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong project and product management capability
