The Opportunity

We are recruiting a talented and motivated Project Architect with 5–10 years of experience to join our client’s Stellenbosch office on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide spectrum of projects, from detailed boutique spaces to complex commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development and contribute to the overall creative vision
• Manage documentation and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and design standards
• Apply BIM workflows (Revit) to produce accurate, high-quality deliverables
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, and delivery while maintaining design integrity
