About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Developer to join our team at Communicate Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing renewable energy projects from greenfield stage to financing and implementation. They will have a strong background in project management, feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from greenfield stage to financing and implementation
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze data for project viability
- Lead team meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in renewable energy development and/or project management
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
- Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and project reporting using management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial modeling
Qualifications
- Honours Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical) or Environmental Sciences; Master’s degree is advantageous
- Registration (or in-progress registration) with ECSA or relevant professional body required
- PMI or PMSA certification is advantageous and may be required if not already obtained
