Job Summary
Are you ready to lead exciting projects and grow client relationships in the fast-paced world of events and exhibitions?
We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager / Account Executive to take the lead on innovative projects, build strong client partnerships, and drive revenue while delivering exceptional experiences from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Client Journey – From initial contact to post-event follow-up, you’ll manage client relationships, understand their vision, and turn concepts into reality.
- Drive Revenue Growth – Meet personal and team targets, build your pipeline, and close deals that excite and inspire.
- Deliver with Excellence – Work cross-functionally with Operations, Design, and Finance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
- Lead with Insight – Use sales and performance data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and report on KPIs.
- Stay in Control – Oversee quoting, budgeting, invoicing, and compliance processes using standard tools, templates, and workflows.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in project/account management within events, exhibitions infrastructure, or retail solutions
- Strong client relationship and sales experience – in person and over the phone
- Budget management skills and a love for data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel
- Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends based on event schedules
