A luxury hotel group on the Atlantic Seaboard is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to support revenue growth across corporate and government market segments. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to develop their career within a structured hospitality environment focused on relationship building and commercial performance.
The Role
You’ll work closely with senior sales leadership to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and government clients while identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving room night production, supporting cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining strong client engagement across the market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, grow, and service a portfolio of corporate and government accounts
Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and site inspections
Identify client travel patterns and support cross-selling opportunities
Work closely with sales leadership to align on strategy and execution
Prepare and submit sales activity reports, pipelines, and performance updates
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and new business opportunities
Represent the hotel group at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
Maintain professional brand representation and high service standards
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality sales
Exposure to corporate and government market segments advantageous
Strong understanding of market segmentation and account management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently while meeting structured reporting requirements
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (mandatory)
Strong organisational skills with a proactive, client-focused approach
South African citizenship (non-negotiable)
