About the Role:

You will serve as the strategic link between our client’s platform and their enterprise-level users, delivering value through data-driven insights, tailored solutions, and proactive engagement. Your experience in commercial real estate will allow you to truly understand the client`s business goals and help drive measurable outcomes using the platform.

 Key

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders in the CRE industry
  • Analyze usage data and client feedback to identify trends, surface insights, and drive adoption
  • Develop and deliver custom reporting and performance reviews to demonstrate ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance rooted in both real estate expertise and product knowledge
  • Support onboarding and training processes to help clients maximize platform value from day one

 

Requirements:

  • 4–6+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Business Analyst, or Consulting role
  • Strong background in Commercial Real Estate (e.g., asset management, investment analysis, leasing, or CRE tech)
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business users
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or tech-enabled real estate solutions is a major plus
