About the Role
RareCruit is seeking an experienced Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to lead the design, development, and testing of electronic hardware components for a leading Defence/Aerospace company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in the field of electronic hardware engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic hardware systems
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
- Test and validate hardware designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware design and performance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in electronic hardware design and development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred
