Job Summary
Role Summary: The Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer will lead the design, development, and testing of electronic hardware components for a leading Defence/Aerospace company. This role requires a strong technical background in electronics, the ability to solve complex engineering problems, and experience in leading projects from concept through to production. Key
Responsibilities:
Design and develop electronic hardware systems Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support. Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components. Test and validate hardware designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware design and performance. Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic hardware technologies and apply them to projects. Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master`s preferred. Extensive experience in electronic hardware design and development. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
