Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing clients, both virtually and in person
- Onboard new clients through a structured process
- Provide financial and investment advice across local and offshore portfolios
- Assist clients with tax, estate planning, and wills
- Conduct regular investment reviews and client meetings
- Keep up to date with markets, tax regulations, and investment vehicles
- Handle client queries and maintain accurate client records
- Ensure FICA compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Planner
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Relevant degree (BCom/BusSci/Hons preferred)
- RE5 regulatory exam completed
- CFP® qualification (or studying towards it) highly advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
