Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems for optimal performance
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise platforms
• Apply updates, patches, and security fixes to safeguard systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely support to staff
• Assist with backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning

Requirements:

• Certifications like Microsoft, VMware, or CompTIA
• You have atleast 3 years of experience managing servers, networks, and enterprise systems
• You know your way around Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Networking basics like TCP/IP, firewalls, and VPNs are second nature to you
• You’re a problem-solver with excellent communication skills
