About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor | Bookings Clerk to join our team in the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Automotive Industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings and customer service queries
- Utilize Dealer Management System (DMS) effectively
- Provide basic technical support for vehicle systems
- Maintain high levels of administrative accuracy and attention to detail
- Work efficiently in a dynamic dealership environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor | Bookings Clerk within the Automotive Industry
- Evolve Dealer Management System literacy (beneficial)
- Basic Technical understanding of Vehicle systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced Dealership environment
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy
- Valid Driver’s License required
