• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate site records, and report to management.
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Assist with site measurements, quality checks, and final handovers.

 
Requirements:

• Matric
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in an engineering or construction environment.
• Trade qualification or relevant technical diploma (Mechanical or Civil background advantageous).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and maintain high-quality standards.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (SHEQ).
