About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and mature Conveyancing Secretary to support a legal firm of attorneys, notaries and conveyancers in the Western Cape. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to a busy workload, handling multiple files simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of files
- Utilize GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc & E4 Training systems
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to attorneys and staff
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience (Senior) in a conveyancing related role
- Capable of handling large volumes of files
- Non-negotiable: GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc & E4 Training experience
- Relevant legal qualification is an advantage
- Excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal
Qualifications
- Completed relevant legal training or degree (if applicable)
