Responsibilities:
- Providing software and hardware support on all products
- Managing installations
- managing appointments with customer on installation / services request / training and demonstration purposes
- Build solid relationships with our clients
- Managing and execute all service calls and new installations
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer queries
- Prepare timeline support
Education:
- 2 years experience in access control / CCTV / time & attendance
- 3 years experience in field support
- A+, N+ certification and networking experience
- Willing to travel
