Responsibilities

Translate Reporting needs into SQL Queries
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requested reports and data widgets, and convert those requirements into efficient, accurate SQL scripts

Develop Standardized Report
Create reports and dashboards that follow established formatting and style guidelines, ensuring a consistent and professional look across all outputs

Understand Datasets in Depth
Build a strong knowledge of the organization’s data structures, relationships, and business rules to ensure reports are both technically accurate and contextually meaningful

Ensure Accuracy and Reliability
Validate SQL queries and test reports thoroughly to confirm that results are correct, complete, and aligned with business requirements

Collaborate with Team Members
Partner with our analyst, developers, and business users to refine report requirements, resolve ambiguities, and improve overall reporting quality

Document Queries and Processes
Maintain clear documentation of SQL code, reporting standards, and data logic for knowledge sharing and future reference

Assist with Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Support the team in resolving issues with existing reports, updating queries as datasets evolve, and maintaining consistent report performance

Adhoc
Assist with the duties of the Systems Data analyst as and when require

Requirements
· Proficiency in SQL
· Experience with Javascript (jQuery) and CSS
· Knowledge of other software development languages is a bonus
