• Analyse and document business and functional requirements for supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to optimise systems and integrations.
• Lead and support testing, deployment, and training on supply chain systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Matric / Grade 12 and a relevant Degree or Higher Diploma (IT, Business Analysis, Systems Design, or related field).

• 2–5 years in a Supply Chain or Logistics role within Retail.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP systems.

• Business analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
• Working knowledge of UML, SQL, and systems integration.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
