About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Vine Recruitment in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across operational, specialist, and head-office roles, while maintaining quality and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and departments simultaneously
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring strategies
- Drive high-volume recruitment while ensuring quality and cultural fit
- Proactively source candidates using creative and data-driven methods
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future needs
- Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer stage, as well as onboarding support
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, efficient, and continuously improving
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in in-house recruitment or agency recruitment (high-volume exposure essential)
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple roles and departments simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A structured, organised approach — you’re calm under pressure
- Passion for people, culture, and building great teams
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in in-house recruitment or agency recruitment (high-volume exposure essential)
