Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a technical business analyst or related role within software development, preferably in the FinTech or financial services industry.
• Proven ability to contribute technically to software projects, either as a technical lead, analyst, or developer transitioning into analysis.
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with API integration, data mapping, and service testing tools such as SOAPUI or Postman.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working closely with development teams during sprints.
• Experience in functional testing, deployment coordination, and defect management.
