About the Role
As a UI/UX Designer at Communicate Finance, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive digital experiences that guide users through seamless journeys. You will work closely with product and development teams to refine every flow and ensure each touchpoint is simple, consistent, and worthy of our users’ trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Forge clear wireframes and polished interfaces
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable designs
- Present and defend design decisions backed by user and data insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-quality designs
Requirements
- Strong experience in UX and UI design across responsive web and mobile
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable designs
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Solid understanding of user flows, wireframing, interaction design, and design systems
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
- Strong visual design abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to present and defend design decisions backed by user and data insights
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Interaction Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Additional UX certifications (NN/g, IxDF, Google UX, etc.) advantageous
