Job Summary
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Ensure External warehouses sufficient stock
- Stock take reconciliations
- Audit stock movement
- Documentation for all movement in and out of external warehouses
- Coordinate Sales, Quality, Finance and Logistics
- Stock code transfers
- Data validation and analysis
- Sales Orders and Delivery notes and returns
- Distribute stock from external suppliers
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A tertiary qualification in Warehousing, Supply Chain Management or related (preferred
- Literate in Afrikaans and/or English
- Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel and SAP)
- A minimum of 2 years’ Warehouse Administration experience
- Stock Management experience
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
- Computer literate: MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong administration, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills
- Understanding of business and financial acumen
- Good understanding of relevant policies and procedures
- Functional Workplace Skills or Requirements
- Warehouse stock management procedure
- Returns & Rejections Procedure
