• Must reside in Cape Town
• Matric Qualifications – Minimum requirement
• Ability to work rotational shifts 
• Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
• Easily adapts to new integrated systems
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Comfortable working with diverse individuals and working within a team.
• Ability to work extra hours if required
• Finance experience will be an added advantage.
• Administrative experience required
• 1-2 years Customer Service experience
• Systems knowledge – MT4, MT5, Google Drive, any relevant CRM – Advantageous
• The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Good planning, organising and administrative ability

Responsibilities

• Responsible for attending to queries received.
• Processing of client’s withdrawal requests in the correct format.
• Able to work efficiently to meet KPIs and Target
