Job Summary
- Ensure all wholesale orders are attended to on a daily basis
- Go through outstanding PROs and follow up with customers
- Batching of invoices
- Liaise with the warehouse team daily regarding outstanding picks
- Reconciling of purchase orders and GRNs
- Liaise with transporters regarding cost and deliveries
- Ensure customers are advised of new stock ranges and promotions
- Provide general sales support to customers and agents
- On weekends and whenever required, assist on the sales floor with retail sales.
- Perform any other task as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Two years + experience in internal sales
- Experience working in the wholesale/distribution industry
- Strong communication skills (be able to speak English & Afrikaans)
- Strong administration skills
- Good planning skills
- Experience working on an ERP system (K8/SAP/Syspro/Pastel)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00/ Alternate weekends (every 2nd weekend): Saturday 08h00 to 15h00 & Sunday 09h00 to 14h00
RUMUNERATION
R13,000 Per Month
