Key Responsibilities:
– Install, program, repair, and maintain electronic chemical dosing systems for laundry machines, dishwashers, and other equipment.
– Provide technical training to clients and ensure proper documentation.
– Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
– Deliver prompt service and assist with deliveries in emergencies.
– Complete service reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
– Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide feedback on field activities.
– Assist in stock management and ensure HSE standards on client sites.
– Support Debtors department with follow-ups as required.

Requirements:
– Qualified Electrician or Electrical Diploma.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
– Experience with dosing equipment and laundry machine programming.
– Proficient in MS Office and virtual communication tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
