Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a passion for heritage restoration and construction? Join our team as we embark on the redevelopment of the historic Loedolf House in Malmesbury, transforming it into a vibrant and functional campus while preserving its unique heritage. Key Responsibilities Oversee all site-based quantity surveying activities, ensuring project delivery within budget and timelines. Prepare accurate cost estimates, valuations, and financial reports for the project. Manage procurement, tendering processes, and contract administration. Conduct cost analysis, monitor project variations, and mitigate risks. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and heritage specialists to uphold the historic integrity of the building. Ensure compliance with all regulations, standards, and heritage preservation guidelines. Regularly report progress to stakeholders, including financial updates. Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to heritage or restoration projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management. Proficiency in QS software and tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for historic preservation. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative site environment.
