Basic / Commission / Company Vehicle / Fuel based on units sold / MIBCO Benefits (No Medical Aid Contribution) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Previous management experience is mandatory (e.g., Assistant Department Manager or 2IC in a sales department). Valid South African Drivers License. Senior Certificate. Proof of 6 units sold per month consistently over the last 12 months. EXPERIENCE: In a corporate Dealership Min 5 years. SKILLS: Excellent communication skills Able to take instructions and complete tasks. Work Independently. Take initiative without overstepping boundaries. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to perform various tasks such as: Sales Targets and KPIs: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Monitor daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure activities align with business objectives. Advertising and Marketing: Ensure all advertising platforms are regularly updated with accurate and appealing content. Vehicle Recon and Presentation: Assist with vehicle reconditioning processes. Manage showroom floor quality by ensuring all vehicles are showroom-ready and secure at all times. Inventory and Stock Management: Support stock purchasing decisions. Assist in monitoring and controlling fuel expenditures. Assist with the appraisal of vehicles Key and Deal Management: Assist with the management and tracking of vehicle keys. Support deal structuring and negotiation processes. Management Support: Attend and contribute to management meetings. Provide ad hoc assistance in the absence of the manager. Prospecting new clients on a daily basis. Demos and Test drives with potential clients. Preparing vehicles for delivery. Opening deal folders. Needs analysis. Assisting the F&I to ensure all documents are correct. Delivery of vehicle in a dynamic manor.
