About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Foreclosure Attorney to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling foreclosure matters from inception to finalisation, with a proven track record of success in high-volume foreclosure files.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting summonses, affidavits, default judgments and execution applications
- Managing high-volume foreclosure files independently
- Liaising with banks, sheriffs, correspondents and clients
- Conducting court appearances and litigation management
- Proficiently using Microsoft Office and legal management systems
Requirements
- Admitted Attorney Post Admission experience
- Proven experience handling Foreclosure matters from inception to finalisation
- Strong knowledge of Foreclosure processes, High Court litigation and banking Litigation
- Knowledge of the National Credit Act and relevant Foreclosure legislation
