Job Summary
Requirements:
-Professional and reliable Afrikaans speaking-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)-Matric-Minimum 1 year recent experience in property rentals A MUST (Not negotiable key requirement)-Computer literate in MS Office (PayProp advantageous)-Own transport-Preferably residing in Pretoria East-Stable employment record and contactable references a must-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full property letting/rental admin functions-Financial admin (Credit checks, reconcile payments, capture debit and credit notes, invoicing, process tenant deposit refunds, handle deposit refunds etc.)-Prepare commission statements for Property Practitioners commission pay-outs-New client admin, mandate & lease renewals-Property inspection- and maintenance admin-Liaison with tenants, landlords and property practitioners-Invoicing, draw utility invoices from E-Tshwane etc.-Compile recons on accounts-FICA compliance-Office admin
