Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join their team in Benoni, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.

• Manage and oversee all technical operations within the organisation
• Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve company goals
• Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure that all technical projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions
• Stay current on industry trends and developments to inform decision-making

• Minimum BSc(Hons)in food Science or similar.
• Food Hygiene Training- Level 3 minimum.
• HACCP -Intermediate/Advanced.
• Minimum of 10 Years` experience in a similar role in FMCG .
• Retort and export customers experience essential.
• Must have extensive knowledge and experience in Food safety System Audits(BRC&UK-IBL Audit requirements)
• Allergen Management.
• Lead Auditor
• WW and/or M&S Customer Procedures/Audit experience.
