As the Operations Manager (Rooms and Food & Beverage), you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee, coordinate, and direct the service, operations, and logistics of the hotel. This role is responsible for ensuring excellence in both the Rooms Division and F&B operations, delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining high standards across all touchpoints.
WHATS IN A DAYS WORK?
- Oversee the operations of both Rooms Division and F&B outlets to ensure seamless service delivery
- Lead the hotel teams to provide world-class, personalized guest service
- Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the hotel and deputize in their absence
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure coordination between teams for operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain high standards of service, facilities, and cleanliness in all areas
- Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolutions
- Ensure F&B service standards are consistently met, with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction and revenue
- Monitor financial performance, including cost controls, revenue management, and adherence to budgetary targets
- Support team development, providing training, mentoring, and performance management
REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or Leadership
- 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with expertise in Rooms Division and F&B
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive service excellence
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and revenue optimization
- Familiarity with hotel management software and F&B systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
- A passion for guest service and hospitality
