Requirements:
Matric Valid Code 08 Drivers license Min. 2 years Receptionist experience/PA experience Exceptional Customer Relation skills for this front-line position Strong communications in English Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word Presentable, well organized, highly enthusiastic, vibrant, energetic and professional Stable job history, no job hoppers Organized, ability to think out of the box Ability to Multitask is essential for this position. Good timekeeping skills
Responsibilities:
Attend to Clients arriving at the office Welcoming the Clients in a pleasant and professional manner Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Perform other general administration duties as required
Salary:
