Job Description
- Overseeing all functions of sales department, ensuring smooth departmental operations, and delivering Commercial excellence.
- Defining, developing, and delivering company top-line and Gross Margin/Contribution in the remote monitoring, guarding and solution services business.
- Lead, develop, train, and motivate the commercial and operational teams to
ensure client needs are understood, and solutions meet client expectations.
- Responsible for the sales process for prospects and clients and accountable for the team`s sales process.
- Responsible for correct costing and pricing, reviewing service agreements and supporting the team in negotiations and closing deals.
- Commercial Excellence Management.
- Ensure that commercial procedures are followed.
- Oversee the operations of the commercial department, including the design of a commercial strategy.
- Ensure that suppliers` contracts are aligned with company policy, ethics and values.
- Building trust with the clients by visiting them, understanding their business.
- Annual price increase negotiations with clients.
- Prepare a suitable costing.
- Prepare suitable Sales presentation.
- Oversee negotiation and closing of the deal.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related a must.
Skills
- Minimum 10 years Commercial experience within security/guarding industry.
- Experience with financial statements and budgets.
- Experience in reconciliation of income and expenses.
- Experience with report writing.
- PSIRA Grade A.
- Driver`s License.
- Knowledge of security operations.
- Computer literacy.
Salary/Package
R1m – R1.3m CTC
